Warranty and conditions of flower replacement

The final result of the order may slightly differ from the illustrations on the site. Depending on the season and delivery, the availability of certain types of flowers may be limited. In addition, flowers of individual shades may not be available immediately on the day of delivery. Thus, the delivery of a bouquet completely identical to the one shown on the specified day can be extremely difficult for objective reasons. If we could not contact you (you did not answer to us), our florists can make equivalent replacements in the bouquet if necessary at their discretion. When changing the composition, we save the cost, color scheme, and the shape of the bouquet.
